generally cystis (congerital watie klime1), but the lower calyx was lined as in the
last case. The left kidney ammared normal. There were foci in each lưng and in the
right scattered grøv tuberoles in addition, No 291 showed miliary tuberculosis of
the lungs, but the only focus found in the body was a ɑnseated moes occupying pract-
ically the whole of a pyramid in the left kidney.

Finally, while on the subject of genito-urinary affection, twoşothers must be spoken
of,nmely Nos 32 and 220, Both showed very extensive disenos,lungs,intestines,peri-
tonsızı ovaries and meninges. In the former both ovaries were enlarged and converted
inta omagous masses; this case has already been mentioned in the discussion anysto
the primary portal of entry. In the latter, an infieat of only 8 months, the Fallopia:
tubes were mlarged and cassous on both sides, while the ovaries were in a condition
similar to the last. In this onse the possible,or rather probable, source vas by
contiguity from the tuberculous peritoneëm, but in the former the tubes did not
apfear to be affected,
